Rick Cockerham was appointed to the Windcrest City Council to fill a vacancy.  He is now campaigning to remain on Windcrest City Council, Place 4.  Turns out, he was charged with a Felony, although he plead guilty to a lesser crime,  Is this the best Windcrest has to offer?  Windcrest does not need this caliber of individual on City Coiuncil.  https://youtu.be/2k4NOaUAMkE    The charge is Public Record, available to anyone at the Bexar County Court House.  Windcrest deserves people with Integrity and honesty on City Council. Mr. Cockerham has proven he lacks both, but failed to disclose that fact.   Rick Cockerham should withdraw from the elections and/or Resign immediately.

Question:  This penal code sign is posted at Windcrest City Council door.  Windcrest Elections are near do wondering; is the sign pictured below, which is posted at Council Chambers, Valid? Ans:   FALSE  Tx Penal code 42.02 applies to Non-Governmental meetings,  ie Church gatherings etc.  Chapter 38 applies to Governmental meetings.
