A Vote FOR the Proposition on May 5 will FIRE the BUGLE CREW and bring back the original Volunteer Fire Association and make Windcrest Fire Department Great Again.

CCM James McFall's April newsletter article  promotes the accomplishments of the Fire Chief.  This is the same Fire Chief in charge of the Windcrest Volunteer Fire Department and the Bugle Crew, the same organization that DID NOT RESPOND to a 911 call in March.     The 1st responders were not late getting there, NO one responded at all! The Chief said, there was NO One available.    MCFall thinks this is acceptable!    McFall says Chief Weidemann "has brought tremendous progress and improvements to our City's Fire Department".    NOT dispatching to a 911 call is progress?   McFall, you should resign immediately.

Below is a statement from Joan Pedrotti concerning Jan Leader's  mail-out (pictured)    I served on the Board of Adjustments for several years, I was removed without notice or consideration of my years of service when Baxter was elected.    I am currently the First Vice of the Windcrest Women's Club and the Co-Chair of the Windcrest Light Up Committee.     I have attended many Council meetings over the years, and when I cannot attend I view them on my Computer. The most telling of all the comments is “Citizens need to keep saying no to zero experience”   I worked for Bexar County, managing a budget larger than the City of Windcrest’s for 20 years.   I have my Master’s degree in Public Administration from St. Mary’s University.  I began my career at the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights while I was in graduate school, I went on to work for the University of Texas Health Science Center writing grants. Question:  This penal code sign is posted at Windcrest City Council door.  Windcrest Elections are near do wondering; is the sign pictured below, which is posted at Council Chambers, Valid? Ans:   FALSE  Tx Penal code 42.02 applies to Non-Governmental meetings,  ie Church gatherings etc.  Chapter 38 applies to Governmental meetings.
