Vote FOR Proposition 1

  Windcrest Volunteer Fire ASSOCIATION was discharged via the Fire Protection Agreement which also formally recognized the WVFD Bugle Crew as the official replacement.  Citizens of Windcrest submitted a petition which requires the formation of the Bugle Crew and the Fire Protection Agreement be brought before Windcrest Voters on May 5, 2018.  A Vote "FOR" Proposition 1 will keep the original WVF Association.  
  Facts:
Under Fire Chief Reese Windcrest had 28 Active Fire Fighters on duty.  (see below)

Now under Fire Chief Weidemann Windcrest has 14 Active Fire Fighters. (see below)

That's 50% fewer Firefighters under Chief Weidemann!   No wonder the Fire department  was unable to respond to a March 911 call.  That's right, there was a 911 call in March 2018, the Ambulance service arrived,  but NO Fireman were available to respond!  The Fire Department DID NOT respond at all.   That has never happened before according to research.

  Windcrest needs a new Fire Chief.  One that can re-build the Windcrest Volunteer Fire Department to its previous glory.

  VOTE  "FOR" Proposition 1 to send the Bungle Crew elsewhere.

  VOTE "FOR" Proposition 1 to delete the Fire Protection Agreement.  The Agreement that says it can charge citizens for service.

Felony Charges-Windcrest Councilmember??

Rick Cockerham was appointed to the Windcrest City Council to fill a vacancy.  He is now campaigning to remain on Windcrest City Council, Place 4.  Turns out, he was charged with a Felony, although he plead guilty to a lesser crime,  Is this the best Windcrest has to offer?  Windcrest does not need this caliber of individual on City Coiuncil.  https://youtu.be/2k4NOaUAMkE    The charge is Public Record, available to anyone at the Bexar County Court House.  Windcrest deserves people with Integrity and honesty on City Council. Mr. Cockerham has proven he lacks both, but failed to disclose that fact.   Rick Cockerham should withdraw from the elections and/or Resign immediately.
