Felony Charges-Windcrest Councilmember??
Rick Cockerham was appointed to the Windcrest City Council to fill a vacancy. He is now campaigning to remain on Windcrest City Council, Place 4. Turns out, he was charged with a Felony, although he plead guilty to a lesser crime, Is this the best Windcrest has to offer? Windcrest deserves people with Integrity and honesty on City Council. Mr. Cockerham has proven he lacks both, but failed to disclose that fact. Rick Cockerham should withdraw from the elections and/or Resign immediately.
